Founder and President
As Founder and President of Torrent Engineering LLP, he has established the company’s operations and organizational structure, his experience combines executive leadership with a strong technical and operational background. Throughout his career, he has managed professional and technical teams, established processes and quality standards, and implemented systems that have helped organizations improve the quality of their services, increase efficiency, and strengthen profitability.
Having worked on thousands of traffic and infrastructure-related projects at the municipal, state, and federal levels, Vitor has developed extensive knowledge of industry standards, specifications, and project delivery. His experience in business development, personnel management, strategic planning, and operational oversight allows him to effectively lead teams, direct business operations, and guide organizations through continued growth.
